How Do I Place An Order ? TOP
Youe order may be placed with MC Jewelry Design directly from the website, by phone or by email. When ordering from the website add the item(s) using the Add To Cart button. When finished shopping and ready to checkout, click on the View Cart button. This will take you to the checkout page where your payment method will be entered. Online ordering is easy and secure. All orders are SSL Encrypted to safeguard your card and personal information. If you do not feel confortable ordering online, please call me at 940-231-7230 or email mcjd@mcjewelrydesign.com. We will be take your credit card information over the phone or make other payment arrangements with you. How Much Shipping Do You Charge ? TOP
We use USPS First Class for our shipping. The rate is $2.50 for the first item and $ .50 for each additional item. We will ship USPS Priority Mail for $4.15 for up to 1 pound. Any order over $75.00 we will ship free. What Type Of Payments Do You Accept ? TOP
We accept Mastercard, Discover, Visa, American Express, eCheck, PayPal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. If you choose to pay by personal check you will need to call with some additional information 940-231-7230 or email at mcjd@mcjewelrydesign.com. As with our e-Bay customers that pay by personal check, we will not ship the items until the check clears the bank. Your check may take up to two weeks to clear the bank.
Note - When you use a debit/credit card we ship to the bank confirmed billing address on the card. If you pay by money order or personal check we ship to the address that you request within the 50 United States. When you use PayPal we ship to the confirmed address, which is the address where you receive your statement or the address that has been confirmed thru PayPal.
You may pay by credit card thru PayPal or if you do not have a PayPal account you simply pay with your credit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

Your order will be shipped by USPS. If you prefer another method of shipment, let us know and we will ship as you request. Additional shipping charges will apply for the alternate shipping method. If there is any type of problem with your order, we will contact you ASAP How Long Does It Take To Get A Custom Order ? TOP
All orders vary. When we have agreed on a design, custom orders will range from two to five weeks. It also depends on the number of items in the order. The availability of the components is the key to the time frame. If there are no changes to the initial design, and all components are readily available the work will begin immediately. We will do our very best to meet your needs. When we have agreed on the design we will be able to give you a better estimate of time. What Is Your Return Policy ? TOP

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by MC Jewelry Design. We will need to receive notification within seven days of you receiving the items. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. All items returned must be packaged carefully. We ask that you return the item with insurance in case of damage or loss. If an item is returned it must be undamaged, unused, in the original package and must contain original paperwork. We cannot accept returns on custom orders, special orders or any sale or clearance items. Our goal is for you to be pleased with your purchase and we will strive to do everything possible to achieve that outcome, hoping for repeat orders and many recommendation to your friends.
